Anyone have any good ideas on where to route the microphone on a 5th gen? I'm replacing an aftermarket head unit (again) on a 2010.
Is there a (fairly) easy way to get it up near the overhead console where the factory one is located without destroying headliner?
I've got one installed and sitting just above the left center vent, but seems to pick up too much interference at that location. I've also tried top of the steering column without much success.
Appreciate any info!
