Middle Tennessee guys help me out

I need some trails to hit while in middle Tennessee. Easy to moderate... photos of the trails would be appreciated. I know about windrock etc... im talking about forest trails open to the public. Perhaps any trails in Catoosa etc..
If you could give me coordinates to these trailheads it would be greatly appreciated.

What do you define as "middle Tennessee"?

There's the Trans America Trail in southern Tennessee:

But Catoosa WMA is closer to Knoxville. I can't help you there.
