It's funny how much joy snow is once you own a vehicle capable of blazing through it. I drive out at our farm, just for grins, when we get heavy snow.
 
Agreed. I at least enjoy the snow to justify these ridiculous temperatures! :smow:


We have a light dusting today, but again nothing crazy for the Runner or the Subaru on snow tires haha.
I want another midwest snowpocalypse. You know 9-12 inches in 6 hours kind of thing.

It just snowed here in South Dakota and I just got my 4Runner this month and It makes me so happy when I see my peers having trouble with their little cars when I can just throw it into 4 wheel and keep on going!

I love snow and all that, but being under palm trees all year certainly makes me not really miss it. When in Seattle I wished it snowed constantly, as it was ALWAYS raining there; snow would've been a reprieve from the dark, low, grey, rainy skies.
 
SE Pennsylvania, barely a coating all winner...this is bs...we buy a 4R and can't even enjoy it properly...no snowboarding either, sux balls


Although, visiting San Diego 4 months ago really makes me miss that constantly gorgeous climate, wow wad it nice out there

lol I actually need to update that, just recently sold the old reliable 3rd gen.


We do have mountains around these parts, but I admit the 4wd certainly doesn't get used as much as I would like. Still, I love 4runners and even if I move to Honolulu I'll probably keep my 4th gen/get a new 5th gen 4x4 when the time comes. IMO there's no real reason to have a 4runner in 2wd.

Nothing more embarrasing than getting stuck in the sand on the beach in something that looks 4wd.:surfer:
