Had pleasure in purchasing at Millenium LI NY.Basically, I bought an `04TR, V6, SR5 brand new that year. Made the salesperson a quote that was alomost 4 G`s lower then sticker and he jumped on it
But their service department SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They broke, they stained, they dented and denied. The dent I cant prove but, it was done with rear door open and something either drove into or was backed up into something. The lip of the lower right side door is pushed in and the paint is chipped on the inside of the door.
I never drove with the door up like that. Then for the servicesmanager to verbally agree to replace a broken towhitch cover, fax him all the info the next day and 1 1/2 months later still havent heard form him. So the letter and photos and photcopies etc went to the HQ in Ca this past weekend. How Id love to punch this liers lites out.
Never dealt with a professional company that had such lack of
respect for others properties. From a moonroof warranty fix to oil stainin the backseats and whats mentioned above.
So the dealership experience was great but I wouldnt send Saddams go cart to their service dept.

WORD TO THE WISE: when pickin your vehicle up, check EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I feel very bad for you, and by the way you are absolutely right about their service department. When I was shopping for my 4runner I stopped there to see what they had. put a $500 deposit on a 4R but found the same truck $1,000 cheaper at Atlantic Toyota in Amityville. I told them if they would match it or do better and they refused. They wouldn't even give me mats. Anyway, the manager gave me a hard time about my deposit, he finally gave it to me, but believe me I wouldn't go there no even for a free oil change. The guys at Atlantic Toyota are the real professionals. They take care of me nicely, and they have a fantastic Sales Manager, who gave me $3,000 for my 92 Camry and threw in all the floor mats plus a free alarm. I went back this year to get my wife an Avalon, gave a fabulous price too. Can't go wrong wih Atlantic Toyota.
