Milton Trail

Couple of weeks ago I've gone with National 4WD Club to Milton Trail, Ontario. This trail is rated Easy/Moderate. The difficulties in this trail are that it is in the forest with huge rocks and narrow trails.
We left the Brampton area early in the morning.
On the second image in front of me

Before actually hitting the trail we stopped to arrange all the details. There are nearly 40 vehicles in the caravan.

Mud Hole. I passed it then step out to take a picture. Why nobody took a picture of me in this mud hole

One of the guys blows his tire inside the trail. This stopped us for at least an hour.
He was trying to get through for 20 minutes and then blow his tire. I did the same place in 3-4 minutes.

Turbo and his 1st Gen. He was my hope, if I would get stuck. Luckily I didn't. 4th Gen still has good off-road capabilities.

And finally when we got out of trail in heavy rain, the 2nd Gen got sloped off the road. The guy pushed brakes so hard at 50mph on gravel and wet road, so he flew out of the road and stopped in 35-40 feet off the road

i dont have any shackles or recovery straps yet, but i want in on the fun too. i know a few trails too.

ahhahaha....im not all that bright. i forgot my car in the body shop. somebody backed into my car when i was parked on the streets. ahhahaha...i have a rental right now. a sierra 1500 z71. i drive it like a manic cuz its not mine. ahhahahaha...

Sorry for your truck. When are you getting it back?
Sierra is not a good off-road. We had at that time one Silverado and it did broke the power steering shaft. It's a common GM problem, when you switch to 4WD and lock differential, you have to be very gentle with steering wheel, otherwise you will be left without power steering. I don't know how can drive gently off-roading...

soo offroading with the sierra is a bad idea. ahahhaha. im getting it back at the end of next week, hopefully. they "expect" it to be done by then. but in the mean time, the truck bed is comin to good use. instead of using a trailer i can use the bed to throw out materials. ahahhaha....

Yep, Sierra is a bad choice for off-roading. By the way what materials are carrying? Are you in construction business?
I hope you'll get your truck back at the end of next week and we can enjoy ourselves by off-roading somewhere.:
