misfire

I have a 2000 3.4 4runner,I had to replace the water pump and belts and at the time the engine would sputter after it got to operating temp, while had it tore down I replaced all 6 fuel injectors, got it running and the sputter is still there at idle, if I run it hard it doesn't, I cleaned the MAS and that didn't work, I unplugged both o2 sensors and that didn't work, any ideas anyone, just a bit more info its not a constant sputter more irratic

Have you checked on your spark plugs? I don't know your mileage, but when was the last time they were replaced?

I had a vehicle misfire on me once...then realized I hadn't changed the plugs in 100k miles.
