missing and shakin

Hi everybody new here! I got a 94 4 runner 200,000 miles ran perfect until the other day. It almost acts like its missing, smells really rich and lags all power. Just started ideling really rough then got worse and worse. Please help

Could be anything from recent bad gas (water in it) to a blown head gasket. Is it 4 or 6 cyl? Check to see if oil is like chocolate milk. When was last time you changed plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, air filter, timing chain/belt? Ever change fuel filter or added Chevron Techron to gas? Cleaned throttle body?
