Mistaken's 4Runner build & pic thread

Really really nice mistaken!!
Good to see you picked up a Trail. The stage 5 icon kit looks amazing. Glad to hear it feels as good as it looks. The. Push button start is the only thing I'd change about mine, I think.

wheels look very nice!

Thanks! I definitely miss that feature... I still try to jump in with my key in my pocket from time to time. :fro:

Sweet update.. Great fitment on those wheels !! Can't wait to see other angles and off pavement. You also helped make my decision for the amber LED fogs!! Did you go with D2 floods?

Thanks! I'll get some legit pics soon. Just need to go explore a bit.

I went with the d2 driving LED's. They are bright!

Too bright to use on road?

I use them in the road. I've had an FJ flick his highbeams at me when driving at night but that was also when I was lifted more in the front so I know they were pointed up too much. No one else has ever seemed annoyed by them.

Does it still fit in the garage? When I had my 4th gen and put ICONS full suspension on, it barely fit in the parking garage at work with 33" Duratracs. My work (damn DOJ) changed garages and this one seems even shorter. I drive an IS250 (Lexus) right now, but my buddies all have Tundras and they just BARELY fit stock. Worried if I swing a 5th gen and lift w/ 33's I may not be able to fit....

I should... my garage is filled with too much junk and boxes in prep to move to find out for sure. I sold the Gobi rack and light bar to make sure I would fit but we shall see. The 3" front and 2" rear lift seems to be the ideal setup on these 5th gens and people don't seem to gripe too much that they don't fit in their garage.
