you mention bilsteins--are these giving you extra lift up front? if so, you can do fins n things--there are a couple of places where approach angles will probably damage stock height front bumpers, but overall, very doable trail
chicken corners is awesome for a good taste of moab--carry plenty of water, and allow lots of time, it's scenic and a bit remote...and if you elect to cross the corner, an amazing view, just be mindful of the impact your footprints will leave on the desert crust
if you are lifted with the suspension, baby lion's back is a lot of fun as well if you want to get a feel for the slick rock (which is not slick at all)...approach angle will help
