Mast antena delete mod. Possible or not worth it? I mean total removal of useless AM/FM antenna (not replacing it with stubby). I see 2 ways to do it: 1 have bodyshop weld in a plug then finish and paint or 2 just replace it with cap if any one makes it. Any thoughts on this?

I think someone on here has already plugged it with a cap from Home Depot/Lowes.

It should be in one of those stubby antenna threads or replaced antenna threads.
