Mods

I am a 4Runner FNG and I want to do some good MODS to it. I am contemplating a couple but would like some suggestions or examples of cool mods others have done.
I have just orded an Eclipse AVN unit for it after browsing around the forums. I didnt go with the Toyota one from oemvalue just because I liked the features on the Eclipse unit better. Hit me with some good stuff!
