MOOG FJ Springs

With all the "FJ Hype" surrounding our 4th Gens, I have seen people rushing to pick up FJ springs off the trucks themselves. I bought new Moog FJ springs for like $35 new and I couldn't be happier. They are nice and stiff, but offer a good ride. The fronts lifted as much as the OEM ones, the rear lifted a whole 2 inches. You don't even need spacers. And that's with a month of settling, including off road abuse and towing a boat. Just something to consider for those in the market for FJ springs.

I probably should have looked into this , my rears were $60. Oh well , just glad to finally have it lifted.

Looking at Rockauto's site, they show 4 springs for a 2009 FJ Cruiser (I picked a year at random). I assume the O.P. bought the 4WD set.

Yeah, I got the 4WD ones (81081) and they're great. They have 'em on Ebay too for like $33 plus $18 shipping.

will these give the same lift as oem fj's will when paired with bilstein 5100s at highest setting...

The fronts offer the same height as the OEM FJs, but the back, in personal experience, boost more than OEM, and you don't even need spacers back there. I do, but I have 3" of rake... :/

Its a good option if you can't score oem FJ springs. I got lucky and got mine with 14k miles on them for $80.00 tmd for the full set.
