Moonroof Stuck closed

My moonroof is stuck closed. The motor is fine. took it out and tested. There is play in the roof in the closed position. I can lift up the rear about 1/2 inch or so. I've replaced the motor once. but love to have my moonroof open...

I can remove the motor, then try to work it open? any help?

How would i manually open it? I can then lubricate it etc..

Just turned 307,000 Miles. Why stop now...
