Morimoto XB Halo Flickering Problem

Today I noticed that one of my Morimoto halos is acting up. It appears to be a power delivery issue as the light flickers on and off sporadically, but will stay on for minutes at a time occasionally. I was looking for any obvious problems with my wiring and I noticed that the voltage regulator was fairly hot when compared to the others. Does anyone know what the problem is? Bad regulator?

i think it was a common problem with the regulator (capacitor looking think). might want to contact trs about warranty. you can go back the old way where it used to be ccfl.
