Most efficient way to raise the rear 1 inch

Just my $0.02, just get a small spacer in the rear.

As far as the body lift induced rake, I don't see any big issue with that. Just like that other retarded thread awhile ago, a bunch of people will argue if something works when they have zero experience let alone mechanical knowledge on the topic.
 
I'm concerned with it over extending the shocks and damaging them. Is this a valid concern?

Thinking Daystar 1.5" if I go this route.

I've ran stock length shocks with OME 906s and had no issue whatsoever. You would probably be at this height or a little lower...should be fine.
