Mounting arb bumper

I have a arb bumper i got used and finally want to mount it
i have the mounts but was wondering if you guys could
Help me on how to mount it im not sure which screws mount the frame to mounts and how..
Also the mounts to the bumper
If you guys can help me id appreciate it thanks
