Moving Overseas with 4Runner, need help with shopping list

I am going overseas to a country that is landlocked and the shipping anything will take at least 3 months. I need to buy 3 years of supply for my 4runner 2016 before I take my truck there. FYI, my 4runner has Icon Stage 2, Duratrac 33", and Konig 6 shooter wheels.
The road is pretty terrible from what I hear. I will be mostly in a city, but every once in awhile I might go overlanding(nothing hardcore)
So far my odometer reads 1800 miles.
This is my shopping list:
1. Synthetic Oil (not sure how much for 3 years)
2. Oil Filter (OEM) Do I need new washer every-time?
3. Cabin filter
4. Engine filter
5. Coolant (just in case or to top it off once in awhile)
6. Gas can (open to suggestions on which one to buy) I think I need 5 gallon one
7. Costco Jumpstarter called Powerstation (bought)
8. Windshield wipers
9. I have one spare tire. My tires are all new so hopefully will last for long time.
10. I need to install Optima Battery since car will sit in shipping container for 3 months. I heard standard batteries would die by then or would be degraded.

I probably wont need tranny fluid since it is new.
As far as tools I have standard jack that I am planning on using on top of some plywood. I know high lift jack is better, but was told the standard one comes with works just fine on top of plywood. I also have Torque wrench. I have cheap ebay bought obd2 bluetooth reader. What other tools do you think I might need?
I am open to any suggestions, please help me to complete my shopping list.
I also want to have my truck checked out by GT peace shop in VA area, specifically my lift install I got done in UT.

Have you considered researching what the favorite local "go anywhere" vehicle is, and buy one used when you arrive?

It would have better availability of parts and service knowledge.

4runner variants are found on every continent, be they named hilux surf or prados, or even fortuners... there will be at least some type of vehicle support, anywhere you go.
 
The reality is you could Probably do nothing except put gas in it and you'll be fine. If it's a 3rd world Country maybe fuel stabilizer or fuel system cleaner

According to the OP, who presumably researched this, parts will take 3 months to secure.

While it is true that a version of the 4Runner exists around the world, there are localities where it is in fact, shocking I know, not the "go to" off road vehicle.

I might buy second car there, some beater upper. But i would hope since 5th gen is getting closer to be done with 2017, my year 4runner should have less problems. I would also guess leaving the country voids my warranty.
 
Looks like you've gotten most of the standard wear items. I'd also consider bringing along a rebuild kit for your Icons just in case one of them takes a dump. Spare CV and tie rod are inexpensive and handy to have as well.

You must be a glass half full kinda guy...I wouldn't be gambling with my new 4Runner over there.

A local vehicle would also help you blend in so you're less of a target.

And you wll almost certainly get a shake-down by local customs when you import it.

Fuel cleaner and additives. Good tire repair kit ie arb plug kit with extra patches. An airpump of some sort. Any specialty tools needed , any regular tools needed. Pretty much besides what others have said. Like the xp-1 battery jumper.
 
How are you getting all this stuff over there. If you put it in the truck, will it still be there when it gets to you or will it grow legs and walk.
 
Are you really sure it is a good idea to take your vehicle with you? As much as I love my 4Runner I would not want to be "off the grid" for 3 years with no parts, no maintenance, no support, etc. (especially since it's not even stock). Not to mention the cost and aggravation of shipping a vehicle half way around the world and back. I don't even want to think about how much it would cost to get a lifted 4Runner to Uzbekistan.... $5k each way?? And what are you going to do for the 6 months that it's in transit?

Can you not buy a truck there and sell it when you leave?

Yes I would take this opportunity to buy the local variant of the 4R/Land Cruiser, be it a Prado or Hilux etc... Not sure of the costs but probably will bring you less hassle and you will blend in much better.

I have been here almost a year now. My truck arrived here fine with very little scratch on the door side. I was just happy to see it all in one piece after not seeing my truck for 2 months. I already drove 6000 plus miles on it since I have been here. I have taken my truck to few offroad trips in the mountain. My truck does stand out here. Right now there are only two 5th gen 4runners here. I do all the maintenance work myself here. My truck has not had any issues so far(only icon noise fixed with adding tri-flow). Too many potholes here and my 33s and icon taking it pretty good. Most cars are Daewoo Matiz and Sparks. The only thing I wish I had done before leaving was to have metal front bumper and rock slider that sticks out more to prevent other drivers getting into me. Btw my 4runner has been using local gas 80 octane. The local octane rating in this part of the world is lower than US octane rating system, so 80 is more like US 70-75. The engine runs okay, but does not get that much power from 70 octane. I try to get 95 every once in a while, but I have to drive 2 hours and cross international border to go to neighboring country just to buy 95 gas.
 
So, there is a thread here "4Runners in Scenic Places." Need some photos, because I think Uzbecki stan will beat most by far. Lol, might not be the most "scenic" but definitely one of the furthest a US 4runner has gone! Enjoy your time there.
