Thanks man, it is a ton of work though... but really worth it. One recommendation I can make though is to look for a M416 the bantams are over priced and don't have parking breaks or shocks. The shocks being the most important. the only thing you would miss out on would be the tailgate....

For the most part the trailer pulled great this weekend, but when I got on certain road surfaces (Ie. highways or anything with pulsating evenly spaced bumps) it would get squirly and start to sway and bounce bad. I think I need t add shocks for sure and possibly extend the tongue? Idk...

Haha it had at about 200+ in the bed and the lid and tent are about 300 and It pulled perfect before so I don't think that will help. Lowering the COG might help some, but I don't want to undo my axel flip... IDK I will have to take it to the scales and do some calculations, but I am fairly sure that a set of shocks will fix most of the issues...

Went camping/duck hunting down by a local river. Was a good time and took some time to get some cool pictures. No snow this time too which was nice lol.

haha it is a good time! I am not sure I would do it again with my 3rd gen but may take a trip there with my jeep friends again.

The 4runner finally got some love today for the firs time in a long time. I mounted up my new ultra gauge mount. It fit nice, but I have a couple tweeks I need to make yet but for now it will work haha. Much more 3d printed swag on the way as well haha

fantastic thread! That is a great trailer, you really did some stellar work on it.

Its great to see all of the trip photos, and also neat to see how you progressed as a photographer through the thread. Made me realize my camera phone just isn't going to cut it anymore.

Thank you for the compliments sir! The trailer was a feat, I wasn't sure If I was going to get it done before the end of the season. I kept at it though and I really like how it came out. I have quite a few more things to do including the electrical box on the front, but I just couldn't afford to do it at the time. I have plans for another Odyssey deep cycle in there, along with a stereo and some other electrical goodies. As for the rest of trailer It will be building a multi-axis hitch and heavy duty steps with stabilizers attached to them.

I'm glad that I have been able to noticeably advance with my photography. I picked up a Canon t1i for a steal last august and I am hooked now. There is nothing better than being able to capture a moment and retain the depth and emotion that accompanied it at the time.
