Finally got my SPC UCAs installed last week. Installation went smooth, but had a few issues. Unsure if they were related to the UCA installation but I started to notice a little bit of delay in my throttle response. It doesn't happen every time. It's comes and goes and it's only when I accelerate from a complete stop. I will be doing some research on this, but if any of you have any suggestion let me know.
Currently installed on setting D, might be switching them over to G due to the rubbing on the pinch weld. I managed to hammer it in and so far it's working. We'll see how it handles the trails this weekends and go from there.
Also got my junk yard rear bump stops installed. I got them off an 02' Blazer at my local junk yard for $15.
I also da little roof rack refurb with some SEM Trim Black.
After picture to follow, just realized I didn't take any.
Lastly installed a Alpine KTP-445A Power Pack. It definitely makes a difference in sound quality. I'd suggest this to anyone that wants better quality sound but doesn't want to invest in a while sound system. Installation is simple, for me it was plug and play because I have an Alpine head unit.

Well, finally got the radiator and transmission cooler on this Saturday. Didn't take too many pictures of the install but here's a few. I ordered all the parts from Camelback Toyota. This was my first time doing this and I couldn't of done it without the help of [MENTION=120071]mtbtim[/MENTION] and his very informative videos. Thanks Tim!
I ended up doing a lot more abrasive protection then pictured here.
Also put in a Magnefine filter before the B&M Cooler.
Everything seems to work fine, no leaks. Temperature is staying at around 210 on mountain roads. I couldn't be happier.

I did run into another problem, my brake pedal pulsates every now and then, kind of like when the tires slip but the light doesn't come on. I've done some research and I think there's something wrong with my abs sensors. Has anyone had any trouble with this?

Have you measured the distance from the center of the hub to the fender? I have the exact same setup as you in front, and i gained 4.5" That is too much. I do not have a heavy bumper on front, but my CV's are :crybaby:

Get a 7" electric fan hooked up to the external cooler. You'll be happier. Wheeling up steep grades in 4hi I never see anything over 190. The after market cooler is great but one with a fan is even better.
ABS in a known issue with these rigs. Does it happen under normal driving conditions or just when wheeling? Mine never acted up on road but off road it as a PIA. It'd lock on steep loose sections. You know, the sections where you do not want it to lock. Since going to bigger tires and doing the TBU it's behaving much better but still kicks in every once in a while. Annoying but you learn how to deal with it.

It actually would happen just under normal driving. It started to get pretty bad last week. I ended up taking the sensors to clean them and noticed the orings were all torn. The passenger side was non existent. I couldn't find a part number for them, so I bought a complete set of metric orings at my local hardware store and found the one that best fit. It seems to have done the trick. I did this on Wednesday and haven't had a problem since.

I went with a cheap one from Amazon. Wired it to a relay then a rocker switch. It's a tight fit to get it in but I managed to clear the grill by about an 1/8". When you get the fan it will be set to pull not push. To change that to push, remove the fan, flip it 180, then reinstall. When you wire the fan wire it reversed. ie hot to ground and ground to hot. That will spin the motor backwards and give you true push, which is what you want.

I also came across a good deal on a awning. I don't have a roof rack yet and was curious if there is a way to install them on the stock rails? I am thinking of using the existing bolts that hold the rails in place. Getting some longer bolts with a spacer? I'll have to wait until I receive it to see what I can I do.
But if anyone has any information, that would be awesome!

I've seen it done on the stock rails. Just make some L brackets and space them high enough they are level and bolt the awning on.

Well got my TJM awning installed a couple weeks ago. Haven't had the chance to update this but here's a few pictures.
Awning extended.
Awning extended with ARB Room with floor.
This is how I mounted it to my stock rails. All the hardware came with the awning. I ended up removing the thumb wheels on the crossbars and using that bolt up the supplied L brackets. The bolts that came with the awning were a perfect replacement for the thumb wheels. I didn't have to buy anything. The awning even came with a ratcheting end wrench! How awesome is that.
