If you look at 0:47 the rear wheel is used as a step. If it were free-rolling, surely it would have spun at least a little bit.

They must have installed some sort of line lock or tricked the ABS somehow, akin to how we used to have left and right parking brake handles on the old VW Dune Buggies. Seems absurd but I suppose if one has enough cash to risk destroying a new-ish SUV for a gag, then some sort of modulator or line modification is chump change.

If you watch carefully as he rolls it up on to two wheels, the rear wheel stops instantly, and the front wheel keeps rotating and spins down slowly. Also, the front wheel moves when the guy steps on it, but the rear doesn't. So, there must have been some kind of individual brake lock on the left rear wheel. Interesting.
