For those who had done this, what’s the total cost? Any regrets?

I spent about 500 for the hardware because I added RGB halos with a controller that were 160 from the retrofit source and then maybe another 150 for the tools and supplies I needed/wanted. No regrets at all. I love the look and I can see 10x better at night.

I just did my . I have not install them yet. Are they street legal? Would I pass inspection? I got the kit from retrofit store I spend about 230.00 dollar very easy to do, just take time

Check with DOT in your state. Not legal in CA, but no one ever looks lol

Just be prepared to deal with either side not firing half the time and then replacing ballasts after a year or so. Those DDM ballasts are junk.
