I like it.......but would really like to see one of those bumpers without any of the hoops......I think THAT would look badass! (my 2 cents)

The small round lights in the bumper are your turn signals, comes built into the bumper. Go to their website and it tells you. Its like a 2 or 2.5 inch

There's not that much. Shrockworks supplies frame rail end caps that get welded in and then you a 2 plug welds.
Depends on your the year of your 4runner. The 96-98 do not have the front crush zone that the 99-02 has (fat lip bumper). Those plates that attach to the crush zone are cut off, new end caps are welded on, then the bumper mounting brackets are bolted on (you have to drill two new holes for the brackets) then bolt the bumper up.
Bingo. The smaller of the two lights to the outside of the bumper are the turn signals. Shrockworks provides them (my understanding), they are a Hella light, the other two large holes are for a set of driving and or fog lights (PIAA's were the only ones I found that fit that location).

Sorry for the delay on my responses:
First of all, thank you all for the positive comments! It has been a long project, but doing the work yourself really makes the reward better!
INSTALLATION
Installation of front bumper and rock sliders took me most of a weekend; but I am NOT the most skilled and did it all by myself (heavy at times). All that was really NEEDED was an angle grinder and a pretty good drill. You will grind on the fram rail ends so that they are flush with the frame itself. Then install brackets and drill a few more holes into the frame for mounting the bumper. Really not that difficult--I did bust my finger when pulling the stock bumper off...
The website does refer to welding (which is entirely optional). You can weld on an additional piece of steel to aid in strength for towing or recovery. It is a relatively small piece, and just takes a couple of tac welds to hold in place and a measurement to ensure you drill the holes in the right place. I spoke with Shrockworks and they informed me that nobody has ever had an issue with the bumper if they did not install...but who knows.
Lastly, I strongly suggest using C-clamps on the brackets to make sure they are flush with the inside of the frame. I tried to do it quickly the first time and the brackets pushed in, and the bumper would not fit. Once I set the brackets (and wasn't lazy), the bumper fit like a glove.
LIGHTS
Those are KC Daylighters (I got them for Christmas last year) otherwise I would have preferred a slim light that does not extend past the bumper. However, the mount for these lights fit perfectly into the pre-drilled holes in the bumper. I just wired a switch and fuse from them to the battery and have a switch in the dash. They are pretty nice, but likely not as bright as some of the higher dollar lights. I am going to take it out this weekend and see what I can do at night...
Blinkers are provided by Shrockworks and are the smaller diameter holes on the outside. All you do is cut off the wiring bracket from your original blinkers and wire directly to the provided lights. Bolting those into the little holes was likely the biggest pain in the a**. Maybe I was being an idiot, but that part took me a little bit of time.
Fog lights-NOT provided by Shrockworks because not all trucks have those as stock parts. They have cut 4" holes for you which fit PIAA lights perfectly. I am not prepared to spend 200 on fog lights that I hardly ever use, so I am shopping for some cheaper options--anybody have any ideas???

Ah, I forgot one question about the skid plate.
I did the cutting and welding on that piece. Really not every difficult....Sonoran's 1" diff drop make the plate not fit in two places. I simply cut those pieces off and then welded a small piece of steel on the other side so there was not a weak spot. Necessary? Likely not, I am just anal and was learning how to weld so I said 'why not." I also painted it that color, but I am thinking of getting it powder coated along with the wheels...
Any thoughts on how that would look??

Time for some more fun
Ok, it has been TOO LONG since I played with the 4wd.
Got rid of the other car, which was just a lead weight for me...ordered some new parts:
1.) Wet Okole with a bad ass TRD emblem (black with dark brown piping is the base color). Should be 3-4 weeks until I see those
2.) Going to play with blacking out the wheels, emblems, and possibly fender flares. Last time I painted my 4wd lights, I used the Rustoleum paint with a few coats...but may try out the Plastic coat on the wheels since it is effectively reversible.
3.) Tint front windows to 20%
4.) Roof rack, got most of the parts from the car I just sold...just ordered the remaining parts to convert the system over to the 4R. Going to rig it up for two bikes for this season.
5.) TRD emblem should be on the way. Hopefully it is the right one, it is the sticker kind that does not have the mounting brackets...and I am hoping it to go on the grille. Going to change my front sticker to the black version of the Shrockworks with mountains
6.) Then I will buckle down and do a full build thread and add it to the forum for the DIY kind of people
Anyway, stay tuned...I have another week and a half at work here then the fun begins on my days off!
