My 4th Gen 'Bastard Child' Build

Nice description on your build ours is an 2008 4runner SR5 which we picked at 33k, got the 100k warranty and we now have 55k on it. Our desert ready camp build includes:
1) added FJs and 5100s
2) 12v constant power in console and rear cargo area
3) rear air bags lift. Firestone coil-rite
4) LEDs interior lights
5) air compressor
6) ddm lights and yellow fogs (good choice)
7) aluminum skid plates x2. More later
8) planning a front hitch and 2nd battery
9) planning roof led floods
10) new Aliner Classic travel trailer.
11) in progress. pioneer AVH X4500 double din. Bluetooth
12) nexus 7 tablet with backcountry navigator for topos
Great write up. I'm so curious on you leather swap out from a donation. Was this easier than a re-cover kit? Or cheaper?
I'm so tired of cloth seats!

Beautiful bikes and 4Runner. I'm a bit partial to the bikes.
Very nice! Kawis are good bikes.
Not that I can tell. I did it purely for the looks more so than any actual performance benefit.

I've managed to stay off of motorcycles thus far in my life. My parents had be believe they were the devil incarnate. Now they both ride Gold Wings... LMAO...
I love Ducati's, and really all Italian bikes. They are so sexy. Such great lines and styling.
Obviously I have no idea how they ride. But I could look at them for hours.
I'm 38 and i'm still not sure i'm mature enough to have a motorcycle haha...

Nice build..! Had a few questions if you dont mind me asking..
1. What model ARB awning did you buy..? I'll be using it for the same purpose (shade at the track).
2. What size tires are on the Trail Edition wheels... they look pretty good on there!
We'll almost have simliar rigs -- silver, FJ/5100 and used as support rigs at the track..!

I bought it on Amazon.
Tires are 265x70 Duratracs. I am running 1.25" spidertrax all around.

It's very inexpensive. I get the clear vinyl from metrorestyling.com and to cover the whole truck would take about ~$200 worth of vinyl? I am not going for a perfect wrap over every nook and curve, just enough to cover the main areas and keep the pin stripes to a minimum.
