New 5100's with OME 886's installed. Got the front end back up in the air after the winch and bumper install. Looks much better. Also got a single row light bar installed as well.

The bumper looks great. Do the mounting holes from the bumper actually line up with the frame? Do you have any pictures from the install and the adjustments you needed to make? Seems like a nice option.

All the bolt holes on the frame lined up. I fabbed up shims to push the bumper away from the hood where it bolts to the frame. It was about 1/2" too close, so it didn't take much to get it to work.
The bottom part of the bumper doesn't just "bolt up". I actually haven't installed that yet because I'm not a fan of the way it looks. I'll be making my own lower radiator cover out of some aluminum to cover it up.
It took me and a buddy to lift it on. My girlfriend was in charge of making sure it looks even and lined up lol

Ordered some OME 2896 rear coils today. Should stiffen up the rear end and help with the squat when towing or loading up the back.
Also have some Strong Arm rear hatch shocks coming. Should speed up the hatch opening as it has been getting worse lately.

I'll be curious to hear how you feel about the 2896's. I have a Wilco too and went with the 2895's and I'm really happy. Got a good lift but it still rides plush.
I hope you didn't get the "stronger" hatch shocks. I got the heavy duty ones first and they were WAY too heavy. I could hear the latching mechanism straining to close it every time. I ended up ordering a set of the regular strength replacements. Much better.

I tend to haul and tow a lot of weight so that's why I went with the 896's. Should be perfect for my set up I think.
The hatch shocks will be an experiment. I don't think it should be too big of an issue and I never really thought about them being too strong, so we will see...

Got my suspension dialed this weekend.
Installed the 2896 OME rear coils and 2nd gen 4runner sway bar links.
In the front, I got my SPC UCA's installed.
Go in for an alignment tomorrow morning and then I should be good to go!

I took that pic while installing and messing with the adjustments the UCA's allow. It was also taken before alignment. They are currently installed with the SPC logo facing the tire as instructions say.

Encouraged by your experience (thanks for posting) I pulled the trigger on a Tacoma bumper that I could pick up for cheap locally. It's a different model, a TJM T17. It will probably be a couple of weeks until I have time to mount it but had a few more questions. The Tacomas only have two bolts on the outside of the horns. Did your bumper come with 3 holes or did you drill the middle hole? Also, does your bumper only bolt up to the horns? The TJM bumper has two more points where it connects to the frame (down by the tow points and up close to the body mount) both of which are different on the 4runner. I am not sure I want to rely on the horns alone for winching, so I will need to make some bracket to mount to the frame like most bumpers do. Any thoughts are welcome. And if you have a picture of how yours mounts that would be great.

Took the hoop off my bumper. I think it looks better. Went trout fishing and morel hunting a few miles from my place.:thumb:
