My 99 didn't come with a clock from factory

Okay, i know highly unlikely. But after getting in there to replace what i thought was a broken clock, i cannot find the harness for it. I spent a good 30 minutes looking in the dash and couldn't find it. How could i rewire it? Where would the harness be coming from?

Heh, relax. Your clock harness is in the famous 'dummy plug' a dead end that does nothing. I think it's on the left side maybe 10 inches below the clock. Pull the wire out of there and plug it into your clock (which may be dead anyway).

Ahhhhh i see what you mean now! For future reference: there's a plug in the ect/rear window switch/rear defroster module that is a blank. It looks like where you would plug the harness but it has no pins in it.

I plugged it into my clock and bingo! I have a working clock.
