my car is in a hit and run

car is involed in a hit and run , my car was rolled over 4 times, windshield did not fell on me kuss my broadway 400mm morror hold it all up, car is totaled, bas**** who hit me on my driver side at the intersection left. ill show u some pics that i have , its towed to my driveway now.

sorry to see that man, regardless of what happened, you are going to have a time with the insurance company unfortunatly. go ahead and get a rental car through them if you can!

my mom had a wreck in her favorite car, some chick pulled out in front of her, insurance companies are scam imo.

hope it gets dealt with the right way

I'm sure uninsured/drunk/under the influence had something to do with him/her dipping like that. Hit and runs are terrible:chair: :bash: :cannon:. Its a complete disregard for someones safety, just to cover their own ass. Hope you weren't injured. Curious, how does insurance cover these things? I'm a believer in karma, and karma is a M/F. You gonna repair or part out?

There's no way that'll be repaired. MIGHT be worth your while to buy it back if cheap enough and part it out. Good to hear your OK. Insurance companies are a bunch of Mofo's but hopefully they don't give you a hard time.

i'd be more happy to be alive man then worry about the 4runner. but that is pretty messed up. back when i was 15 and had my permit i was driving in my grandpas s-10 with him and some guy hit us in the side. then backed his car out of the rode up to try to get away before the car just died on him lol.

messed up thing is he didn't have any insurance so he only got away out of the thing with a ticket...

im not sure but with my situation, when my truck was completely stock except maybe my cd player, i had a dodge hit my running board and tear up part of my rocker panel.

not that i cared about the running board, but my mom made me get it fixed, i had to pay a 200 deductable, but i had a witness.

but for something like his situation, its more serious. he should get full money for his without anything coming out of his pocket (hopefully!)
