Thanks for the reply. Because when I first ordered the transmission mount. I wrote in description that I own 97 4runner. And they canceled my order. So I called them. And they said, they had a co worker who owns a 4runner and the mount did not fit. I said but it’s the same drive train and I’ve heard other people use it. He had a hard time believing. So I reorder the mount again.

What a sick setup! Would love to hear/feel what that turbo can do in person.

I really wish I got those kind of MPG numbers from my supercharger. Have you had it on a dyno to see the numbers yet?

What do you see on yours? Freeway on mine if I lay off the gas is around 20+ at 65-70. My city sucks as everything around my house is hills.

When I am on legit flatish highway I can get 18-19 mpg. When loaded down and headed to West Texas picking up +3000 feet elevation I average 16 mpg. My daily driving has lots of hills and the city driving is worse so my DD average is around 14-16 mpg depending on traffic and my foot.

I still get better than a lot of the lifted 3rd gens around my area though.

Maybe this is the most absurd question to get asked, but here goes:

The rear fender flares. Did you install those? I only saw them once and thought it was a one-off 3D print. Normally the flare piece stops before the rear bumper, and there is a separate mud flap for the rear bumper. This one is a smooth one-piece transition.

I wonder if that was an old dealer installed option over no flares or the chrome trim. Sometimes options are regional like the Enkei wheels from the S.E. The mud flaps do look aftermarket. Maybe an old aftermarket (Bushwacker) that's no longer available. Good eye.

I vaguely remember having a quick issue with it but resolving it fast. Maybe it wasnt symetrical and actually had to be flipped to fit correctly.

Either way, it fit very good considering all tolerances possible to make it not fit well on a 20 year old truck.

The mud flaps are for sure aftermarket. One of the few things i added with form over function... but at least they have function.

Shameless bump,

I have been out of the game for a while, but unfortunately the time has come for me to move on from this rig.

I is in essentially the same condition as all photos with all the same mods. The used car market is confusing to say the least, but i am looking for any input from people familiar with the 3rd gen 4runner market. What ballpark would this thing sell for? In Boise, Idaho.

Do your research, start looking at other sellers and track the market for a month.

With a supercharger/turbo you will likely be selling to either an enthusiast or someone with disposable income
