My first T4R!!!

I just drove my first 4Runner home today! I've wanted one since I was a parts driver for a Toyota dealer back in the early 90s. A little sluggish coming up the 140 miles and almost 6000' elevation gain from Phoenix to Flagstaff, but worth every downshift. We stepped out for pictures at sunset.

Nice looking ride! Welcome aboard. I recently joined myself due to finally getting my 91
T4R running. Bought mine in march with a blown engine for 700 bucks. Bought a replacement motor from the 4Runner House in Garland Texas and finally had the chance to install it in October. I really like the 4runner, and like you have always wanted one.

Glad your here and hope you make lots of new friends.

Congrats and enjoy it! There's so many great trails around Flagstaff! We've been up in that area many times since getting my 4runner.

My first T4R also

Here we are on our way to a mountain bike trail I like. This is my first Toyota.IMG_0427.jpg

A couple more pics of the new 'Runner:

And here at the edge of a recent prescribed burn. We could feel the heat from that burning stump through the closed window as we rolled forward for this shot. The image shows the unfortunately damaged clear coat on the hood.
