First things first, my girlfriend got me a roof rack (pictured below) and her aunt's husband will be making me a set of rock sliders. Have any of you had your significant other get you hooked up like that?

Additionally, my new LED tail lights installed, Harbor Freight lights on the front, a BAFX OBDII scanner inside, and then I have an Airlift 1000 to install when the frost decides to release its hold on the earth.

My 4Runner didn't get anything for Christmas this year.

However, a couple years ago my wife got me a URD 2.2 pulley, Lotek Gauge Pod, and URD 7th Injector kit for my birthday.

That was pretty cool =)

Everything else I have just purchased myself.

Nothing new for Christmas...but I did have a question. What type of mud flaps are those on the front? I have a 99' limited too and I removed the side steps and need some flaps for the front. I have a silver 99 with factory locker too..just recently upgraded wheels and tires to 17" level 8's with goodyear wranger duratracs. I love the look, but I am getting a little tire rub and will probably have to do level kit or some type of lift. Will try to get some pics in the next day or two.

The flaps are some generic ones from NAPA that they had hanging up in the back, picked them up for $12 or so, and then cut them to my liking. Don't think they're branded at all... if you want, I can take some measurements on them so that you could find some that will fit similarly.

My wife really does not care for my 4runner. She could drive it anytime she wants but I don't think she ever will except in an emergency. Our house is always agreed upon but the 4runner is completely mine to do whatever I want which includes paying for it. BUT, since this is all it is, my wife put me in charge of my gift this year so she got me a 5x prism scope from primary arms.

As far as truck stuff is concerned, pretty much all she's given me is her blessing to waste my own money. Cases in point:

1) Didn't say anything when I flew to Phoenix to buy an fj62
2) Encouraged me to buy my LX450
3) Didn't give me any grief for buying a turbo for said Lexus.

We keep our personal finances separate, and I believe this is the key to a happy marriage. If I knew how much $$$ was sitting on the living room floor right now in boots and purses, I would probably check in to the loony bin.

This exactly. It's mine. She doesn't want anything to do with it. When hers goes in for warranty work she drives it but only out of necessity.

We don't buy each other anything for Christmas but she told me to go buy stuff to fill my stocking since our girls expect Santa to put stuff in them.
