IMO, it looks bad. I have never been a fan of those things.
If your bumper is screwed up and you need a replacement one, go to this store:
CertiFit Auto Body Parts - Charlotte, North Carolina
They have a location in Charlotte. They also list their bumpers (the metal part) for cheaper than what you paid for that bra.

Think Kelly Bundy from "Married with Children" or that chick that got naked in that movie "Showgirls" (who used to be on "Saved by the Bell"). They wore those jeans in like every episode back then! I was in junior high in the early 90s in SoCal.

There is a reason they quit making bras for cars 10 years ago. They trap debris behind them which just scratches the crap out of whatever the dirt is between unless you remove it once a week and clean behind it and when wet they are recommended to be removed and dry since trapping moisture for extended periods of time isn't good for the paint either.

Fireball, that was a good one. In Dec. a 85 year old man ran into the back of me at a stop light and I hit the person in front of me. My back wasn't damaged too bad. But I hit a truck with a big bumper. It's not just my bumper that was messed up in the wreck. My fenders were dented and my flares were bent out. His insurance co. totaled out my truck and I bought it back from them. They gave me my truck back and 6000 bucks. I only bought it for 4500 so I was pretty happy. I didn't want to put much loot into it since I now have a salvaged title. Here's some pics I took with my phone when it happened. I got a new bumper off ebay and threw it on but the main brackets on the truck were bent and it looked a little cockeyed. No biggie, Before the wreck I got the t/b w/p and tuneup done, so I'm just gonna drive the hell out of it till the wheels fall off. I'm not a big fan of this bra either but it hides the bumper and the fenders so I'm fine with it.

Was that second one a Probe GT? My buddy had one of those in h.s. and damn it was fun to terrorize in! lol

Nope,a '93 Geo Storm GSi which looked a little like a baby Camaro from that era and I was bracket racing at the strip a bit before it was the thing to run an import/fwd at the strip. (the Storm was a rebadged Isuzu Impulse)

imp:No offense to the OP, but I agree. Bras to me look like a cheap way of trying to hide something, like a toupee that the guy thinks looks great but the high school girls walking by are making fun of. That said, Im thinking of getting black bumpers from Certifit for my 97 as I want to ditch all the chrome on my truck. I just cant seem to find them on their website for my 97. Also, and Ive asked this in a few threads now without an answer, but how hard is it to remove and replace bumpers?

No offense taken, I am trying to hide something. lol Changing the bumpers is pretty easy...The certifit thing didn't workout b/c the bumpers weren't black. I found them on ebay for the same price and they were all ready black. I hate those chrome bumpers, I don't understand why Yota didn't come with some blackones OEM.(96-98) Mine were originally that dark gray, i guess they wanted to match the grill and license plate holder with them.

Not really feeling it.
Simple. Just a few bolts. I wrecked my 4R and it looked worse than the pictures above. I had everything removed and, one morning before work, I drove to certifit, picked up a new bumper/brackets/turn signal and had everything installed withing an hour or so. Plenty of time left to shower and head to work!
CharlotteFire.....maybe the bumper sits crooked because the brackets need replacing....they are meant to bend when an impact occurs. IIRC, Certifit sells them for $6 each...
