Honestly couldn't tell you, I do not have a sunroof. Check out Toyota120, I think there are a few threads on the Baja Rack and I am sure some of the guys have sunroofs

Very nice. It would work well rather than repainting for some.

Thanks guys, I definitely love the look plus it is nice to protect the paint from getting any more messed up than it already is.

I think it is a good alternative to repainting because at any time I can go back to the factory color and if you have some free time this can even be a DIY project.
