My new 99 what I did & a question

My new 99 limited 4X4,
I had posted about spring height, answered & ordered OME 906, Has a front rake,
Today I replaced LBJ, OTR (oem toyota replaced for peace of mind) when I got it all apart the inner tie rod was loosy goosey, Replaced with Auto Zone (the best they had) Any experience with Auto Zone ITR?
My question, At highway speeds at times over ruts/bumbs the rear ends seems to wag a little, Hoping the new rear springs will cure this, If not any thoughts? Rear/upper lower control arms, transmission mount..... All seem tight. The PO has put on 4600 series (yellow & blue billsteins)

When I had a shorter lift in the rear, I had a real bad rear end wiggle (I had Bilsteins in the back as well). When I changed over to my LC Shocks I believe is when most that wiggle went away. I think I'm the only one on here who doesn't like Bilstein (at least, didn't like them on my vehicle).

I don't know what springs they put up front, no marking, hoping the OME 906 springs will lift the rear up a bit, the color stripes on the rear springs indicate they are 99 tall most likely original with 170k,
Could worn Lower and or upper rear control ran contribute to the sway?

worn bushing could certainly be a factor. sometime if the track bar is not level, it will move the body of the car side to side when the axle moves up and down. probably not as big a deal as worn bushings would be. but still.

I have a 3" lift in the rear and my track bar is nowhere near level and I dont really have serious wobble
