I'm a fairly new member on the forum and would like to make a proper introduction. I'm a huge Toyota fan, and currently own a 2013 FJ Cruiser (wife's ride) and a 1999 SR5 auto tranny 4x4. I searched for about 9 months for a proper clean, low mileage unmolested rust free runner, and almost gave up searching, until that magic moment when one presented itself to me. A Two owner with 150,000 on the ticker and ALL documented service records done through the local toyota stealership. I was the previous owner of a 1989 Toyota 4x4 SR5 that had 134000 original miles and was the cleanest one I have ever seen. Shortly after deploying to Afghanistan for my third tour, got the call from the wife letting me know she was preggers, with our first, so of course the pickup had to go. I couldn't tell you how many hours I was online trying to find "the one." Finally I stopped looking for about a week and just hopped on the ole craigslist one day and there she was, in all her glory.

I've done a few mods so far to include Seafoam treatment, new plugs and wires, new PCV valve, trans filter and flush, royal purple oil and k and n oil filter, completely upgraded stereo complete with pioneer navigation receiver and new Polk speakers all the way around and a kicker amp and 12" sub. Weathertech floor liners from front to rear, 20% tint from front to rear, new bright white headlight bulbs, plastidipped the rear emblems, and the newest addition are the Bushwacker fender flares, my SR5 flares are for sale BTW....
Future plans include a lift of some sort, Mickey Thompson side biter wheels and BFG mud terrains, sliders, front and rear bumpers, rear locker, roof rack, B and M tranny cooler. Already have a bud built skid I got second hand, just haven't installed it yet. All work was done by yours truly.....
A quick pic of what the Runner replaced....

Let me know what you guys think!!!
