Thats exactly how my setup is. If I have to haul a lot of stuff, I pull out the sub/box and my factory sub still works. The factory amp powers all the speakers and sub.

Sorry I don't have the wiring diagram, I just took mine to circuit city to install.

very clean set-up, Sony makes okay stuff you should be fine hopefully you bought the extended warranty

Uhh, i bought the extended warranty for the truck but don't think I'll really need it as its a Toyota. Not sure if you meant a warranty for the audio components...
