I decided to do my own sort of satoshi mod. I did it in a couple of days and i think it came out pretty well.
Let me know what you think and if you have made your own grill feel free to post pics!

Did you cut the middle out of the stock grill or does it comeout without cutting and wear said you get that awesome trd symbol

You have to cut the center section out, it doesn't come out on its own.

You can get the trd emblem on ebay. Search for trd grill emblem. It is pretty cheap, but it isn't great quality either, weather will make it look rough. Still owrth it though, I have one.

Nice job on the Satoshi mod man! I kept my grill in stock form, but added the mesh behind...and bought a TRD Grill emblem:

I'm planning on re-doing my mesh...as the steel has started to rust, but I've recently bought some black plastic Gutter guard, and will use that to replace!

I like the look of it but im not liking the metal that I used. It looks too cheap and is too flimsy and bumpy in some areas. I'm going to have to redo it.

That deffinatly looks sweet!

You guys seem to care how every little detail of your truck looks, in yet you leave the dealerships license plate frames on?! LOL

I like to say, 'if you still have your front license plate you aren't wheeling hard enough'... this is coming from someone who broke 4-5 CVs in 2011. Still at zero this year! Try to keep it that way.

We have to have our front license plates on in California, it's the Law. But there should be a law to get rid of the dealers' plate frames! HAHA

if you break 4-5 cvs in a year you need to learn how to wheel, no offence.

We have the same low as California regarding the front plates.....I kept my plate frame because it's better than not having one at all. The clear plastic covers are sketchy...you often can't read the plates effectively when they get older. I don't need traffic tickets because a cop can't read my license plate.

BTW, I've looked at the E-bay plate frames...but can't seem to find one for decent price....usually over $20.00 for one??? No thanks!
