also debating on what lift size to go with. anyone have any suggestions?

The 2/1 is ideal IMO, you can put some mean lookin tires on there with that lift, but you may want a little bigger with the 3/2... I plan on getting a 2/1 and it seems a lot of people on the forum get a 2/1... here's the link to burtman it should be around 150 give or take some depending what you get

yeah I was thinking about going with the 2/1. As of right now Im trying to keep the tires I have on the truck since they only have about 8,000 miles on them. They are Cooper Discover ATRs 265/65/17. Hopin they will still look alright with the lift.

there is a thread somewhere on here where someone posted a picture of their lift with smaller tires on it and it doesn't look bad... Bigger tires definitely give it a better look though. I like Nitto Terra Grapplers

yeah i've been lookin at one too except i have dark gray with chrome trim so i'd get the chrome one... I also wanna put KC lights on it... they are askin about 450 for the Westin bull bar does that sound about right?

Walk away from that as fast as possible. All my local shops have quoted around the same high ball number. Everywhere I have gone has quoted the S/S higher than the black. yeah i hear ya... I got about 11,000+ on mine so i know exactly what you mean... It's hard enough to even find a good lookin tire for a 20" rim

yeah man your rims look pretty sick from what i can see. i wanna keep my rims but i might get bigger tires sometime down the road. just gotta get the cash to get the cornfed n get it installed.

Cumberland is the closest "legitimate" place to go offroading. I went there a couple times, it's like a National Park with open trails I think. Other than that, I have 60 acres in WV with lots of room to 4x4
