Mysterious Oil Leak Near Xfer Case - '04 4WD

I have an '04 4Runner V8 AWD and I've recently noticed some small oil spots underneath the vehicle near the transfer case - basically between the axles. I took it in to my local dealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. However, there's definitely a slow leak somewhere as indicated by the attached picture:

I don't drive this vehicle daily which is likely why there aren't more oil spots on the cardboard.

Any idea what this could be?

Look closer...Xfercase leak is a common 4th gen problem. Lubricant leaks out around the shift rods and oozes out of the actuator (plastic servo motor box). Do some more searches on here and you'll find several threads. Get ready....it's an expensive fix.
