Mystery piece, ID help please

Tbh, it looks like it belongs in a Lego kit. But I found it at the bottom of my driver's side front door. I recently had taken that door apart to work on the window regulator and the door lock actuator, so it's possible it got knocked off while reassembling, but can't figure out from where.

It seems like rubber, with 4 holes.

Any ideas?
