Mytoy4 Build Thread

Ok so it has settled a little and it's not as nose high as before then?

I'm sure it's settled some. I just need to see where it's at. Even if it didn't much, it's pretty even. I like the way it looks so I don't think I'll lower it.

If you don't want it this way make sure with this lift kit you adjust it before you put them on. It's a PITA if you decide later you need it lowered.
Mine came set at 3".

I like it a lot. It rode like stock until I put the wheels and tires on. I'm happy with what I chose and it was fairly easy to install.

I'm also thinking about painting my valence black as well. I think Superman has his done, if I remember right, and I really like the look.

Yes he does and the white 4runner looks amazing with that set up, mine is blue and i'm just thinking if it will look good.

I think it would. It wouldn't be as noticeable, but I still think it'd look good. I wouldn't paint mine, I'd use the pastidip stuff, just in case I want to take it back off.

I plasti dip my grill, you saying use the same stuff on bumper, but i though if i try to remove it, i will remove the original paint too.

No, removing the plastidip doesn't remove your paint. If you put enough layers of it on, it peels off fairly easy without effecting your paint.

Nice to know, thanks, i put three layers on my grill and the bottle said that one layer equals to two layers the stuff i got. Did you see the photos from our recent offroad trip i'll send you the link

Sliders have been prepped and painted. I cleaned the oil off with paint thinner and then painted a couple coats of the Hammered Black finish. I actually really like the way this paint looked when it dried.
Will hopefully have them welded on Monday.

Terry, what kind sliders is that? they look awesome!

Finally got my sliders welded on!
