N-Fab Light Bar?

I've been searching for Light bar options and came across the N-Fab bars. I know of the other options (Defiant, various bull bars, grill guards, etc.) but really like the look of the N-Fab. They're very close to the Defiant in style but mount closer to the front of the truck for a cleaner, less obtrusive look (IMO).

N-Fab, however, only makes them for the Tacoma/tundra. After speaking with the N-Fab owner, he doubts they will be designing one for the 4Runner unless there is serious interest. He did say that the Tacoma bars (w/ very little modification) will fit the 4runner, but was unable to offer more information about it. So, has anyone attempted to use N-Fab light bars on the 4Runner? Used N-Fab products in the past?

The bar looks high quality and my local off road shop can stock them @$190 each. They can hold up to four lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I really like the Westin Ultimate Bar myself (see my avatar). N-Fab lists them at $296. Got mine for about $50 less shipped from TruckChamp.com. They had the best price I could find. Even if you don't like the Westin, you might want to check and see if Truck Champ has what you are looking for. You may save some $$$$.

FWIW I really like my defiant light bar, it is made very well and although it does sit a little far from the truck, it is not bad looking at all.

The bull bars are nice and I would probably go that route if I wasn't worried about losing approach angle. Other than that, they're real sharp looking.

The defiant bar is perfect and I was about to order one when I stumbled on the n-fab. I'll probably go w/ the Defiant bar unless someone can give ,e insight on the N-Fab bar and modifying it for a 4runner. Don't have high hopes but this board has a wealth of info. so I figured I'd give it a shot!

I know I did quite a bit of research before getting my lightbar and I never stumbled across anyone with a 4Runner who had installed one

I just ordered a bar from Paul @ defiant. Great guy to talk to. He can prefab one to your liking. It takes time though.
