Navigation in Germany with US Spec 4 Runner

Does anyone have a US Spec 4Runne with working navigation system in Germany? I have been reading about various hacks to make the EU DVD work in our vehicles but I haven't found anyone that has done it yet except for a guy in Hungary that had to modify code for the DVD player to recognize the EU DVD.

We are considering taking our 2014 Trail from the US to Sweden, when we move there next year. Might anyone know of the modifications we need to make to make it EU/Sweden compliant? Off the top of my head I can think of:

Odometer conversion from MPH to KPH
Emissions standards if not already up to par
Lighting
