Hi i have a 1999 sr5 4wd with 156k when parallel parking with foot on brake after steering left or right to the max when letting go of the brake pedal the front end makes a kind of loud clonk now I got three mechanics to look at it and the problems could be the brakes, the inner rods or the sttering rack so if anyone has gone throuht this please advise I can't afford to change all that and who knows maybe dont even need it.

I would doubt that any of those things are actually broke more like just.steering rack bushings , which is a $ 20 part that most people can swap out at home with a little bit of cussing and dirt in the face . It's a simple job but just not fun , search around for a write up .
Also I just ordered inner tie rods for around $ 100 for both sides from auto parts network and got the 555 brand as from my understanding and research they are basically renamed oem ones.
This is another fairly easy job search for write ups to get an idea if your capable or not .
Start with cheap stuff like the bushings and go from there , people who wheel very hard running large tires hardly ever have to replace the whole bloody rack, so I doubt yours is gone, more likely then not it's just shifting in the bushings under max load...
Another simple thing would be is to just not do that , stop a few degrees shy of full lock , as since your actual driving experience is unaffected you could just leave it .
My suggestion is steering rack bushings , get the black energy suspension ones with a g in the part number this mean graphite and trends to be quieter from squeeks in the long run .
