Need Alignment After Replacing Front Axle?

Search on this was inconclusive.

I just replaced the driver's side front axle a few months ago. While changing my oil today, I noticed the dreaded gray grease blowout has now happened on the passenger side. I've had the truck aligned since the first axle was replaced. Will I need to get it realigned after fixing the passenger side?

You "shouldn't" really.

To do an axle, you don't need to disconnect or touch the tie rod. Just the two lower bolts that secure the spindle to the ball joint mount.

I guess technically the littlest bit of toe could be off, but if it drives straight, and the steering wheel is straight, I think you'll be fine.
