Need expert advice

Where's the pic of the driver side UCA? I also noticed both LCA cams are completely rotated inward on the passenger side, which is a little odd.

Jack the truck up by the frame, and test for play in the ball joints, and wheel bearing.
Let's think:

If the impact was below the wheel, but the top of the wheel is kicked in, it stands to reason that there is probably a blown lower ball joint allowing play, and causing the lower portion to kick out. (I say LBJ because the impact was below the wheel)

If something was bent, it would have bent on impact, and not allowed the lower portion of the wheel to kick back out. Same for the alignment. If it was JUST the alignment, it would have held the lower portion of the wheel inward. This makes me almost certain that the LBJ is blown. (Although I agree that the alignment was also altered on impact)

Jack your truck up, test for play in all 4 directions.
-- If there is play up and down (which I anticipate) you have a bad ball joint (or 2).
-- Left and right is tie rod (which you've replaced).

Start there. If there is play in the ball joints DO NOT DRIVE until they are replaced.

My money is on bad BJs, and damaged alignment hardware. You may also have a bent spindle, and/or LCA.

You may know all of this already, and I'm just beating a dead horse, but this is where I would start.
