I was at Martin & Sons Auto Parts in Westerley, RI a couple of weeks ago. They had 4 gen 3 4runners; can't remember how many had intact front bumpers but some did. They were helpful and prices were reasonable.
Their number is 401 596-7768.
Capozzi's in Warwick, RI and Exeter Scrap metal each have a gen 3 but one front bumper has been salvaged already and the other had a date with a telephone pole.
