here ya go....

look through that, and that should clear some stuff up for you. no the lift you are looking at is garbage, and only a spacer lift, it will trash your already worn out springs, and give you a terrible ride and only take away from your suspension travel. save up, buy the right stuff the first time, and be glad you did. i know of a guy who is selling his toytec boss front lift, and maybe his rear springs -not sure on that though, but he is only asking like $550 for it, and its less than a year old and no hard use or serious off roading, mainly pavement miles. he is up in tacoma area, so fairly local. let me know if your interested.

Thanks man... a lot of good info

Yeah I am interested.
So can you find out if the $550 just for the front coilovers or is it for the back as well? or is he not selling the back suspention?

If you want a solid cheaper route go with Old Man Emu lift coils front and back
and a set of bilstein d558 front ride height adjustable struts. it's what I have and is really nice.

i think he has already sold them... -he is also a mamber here on the forum so yeah they sold fast as soon as people found out it was for sale. i bought the rear shocks, so that was never gonna be apart of the deal, and another local guy picked up the front coilovers.

but yeah OME -old man emu stuff is great stuff. you cant go wrong with them. they have several heights to chose from, from stock to mild to full 3" -the max you can go without some serious custom fab work or long travel, and high high cost/$$$$

Hey Thanks man. DO you know of any places around here that sells that stuff or would i just be better off going online? If so what web site should I go on to get the old man emu?

Is there anything special that i would need to do to my runner if i put a 3 inch lift on it? I thought i read somthing about a diff drop or something like that....
