Need help changing user options

Can anyone enable the all windows roll down with the fob feature? Went to the dealer I purchased the 4Runner from and they wanna charge me 1hr labor. I know it takes 2 min to do. I would rather pay one of the members here to do it than them. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm in Simi, if you get out this way I can do it. The only cost is the $10 the app requires for the pro features for a week.
