So when I get up to about 20 mph and apply the brake I hear a metal on metal noise until i get below 10 mph , I have a 1998 T4R sr5 with 133K replaced front rotors and rear wheel bearings so its not the brakes, and also repalced timming belt hoses fluids 3k ago and tranny mount about 500 miles ago, I'm think its a skid plate or my cat has any else had a similar problem?

have you pulled the tires and verified its not something in the brakes?
check front and rear.

Already checked those, I was planning on buying a grease gun and grease and greasing up the u-joints on the drive line other users have suggested that on other threads...
