need help finding wheels

Hey everybody, hopefully some of you guys can help me out with this one. My dad has an 04 4runner sport, and he asked me to find him some new 400 grade stainless steel wheels for him. the problem is, i cant find any wheels that are actually stainless. tirerack.com is about the only site i know of. any suggestions?

black steel, chrome plated steel (cragar) , yes, havn't seen any 400 grade stainless steel tho. why does he need SS?

hes old school. for some reason on his stock wheels, the finish seemed to deteriorate very quickly and he's always taken very good care of it since he bought it brand new. i guess he's just looking to buy wheels one time and be done.
