!NEED HELP! I am going to buy a 1989 4runner v6 5 speed

should i look for any common problems when i go test drive this truck? Are their any problems with this perticular vehicles parts?It is a 1989 4runner sr5 v6 5 speed 250,000 miles. What do you guys think? I would like to hear from you all!

Look for rust(frame,rear fender wells)..and what kind of engine work has been done to it....timming belt,head gasket,water pump etc.
